Years ago, I was running into the exact same problems.
I didn't read the Bible for a whole year into my faith journey. I remember what it was like to deal with fear and the battle in my mind. And I also remember how hard it was to find people who wanted the same things as me.

How old do I have to be to join?
There's no specific age requirement. Come one, come all!
How does billing work?
If you choose to sign up through the monthly payments, then your first payment will be due the day you sign up. From there, you will be billed every month on the day that you enrolled. If you chose the yearly payment option, you will make a one time payment and be set for the entire year (and receive extra goodies too!).
