Today, Lia shares her health journey from freshman to senior year. She discusses how she used to munch at the dining halls and stay out late, and now she goes to bed at 10 pm and drinks 100 oz of water. Her healthy lifestyle change is motivating and she provides helpful tips on how we can focus on our wellness too.

Lia is a leader of CHAARG, an on-campus group that empowers women to find their fit. The focus is more about getting stronger instead of losing weight. Lia also has an amazing foodie Instagram @creatingvanilla, where she shares her latest healthy recipes. (She also already created her own cookbook!)
